The Brain-Body Therapy Method
Grounded in Research, Built for You
Brain-Body Therapy is built on five years of dedicated research and development, carefully shaping every detail to deliver a program that truly works. While any type of movement can lift mood and build resilience, studies show that certain forms of cardio and strength training are especially powerful for specific mental health conditions. In other cases, adding yoga, dance, or other movement styles can provide even greater benefits. That’s why each program in this app is designed with precision—so you can move with confidence, knowing your workouts are intentionally crafted to strengthen both your mind and your body.
A Phased Approach
Each program is structured into 12-week phases, carefully designed to help you build steady progress. In Phase 1, you’ll complete three days of cardio and two days of strength training each week—laying a strong foundation for both your mind and body. As you move forward, additional forms of movement, like yoga, may be added depending on your specific diagnosis. Once you complete a workout, the next session unlocks, guiding you step by step on your journey. This creates a natural rhythm, encouraging consistency while keeping everything manageable and motivating.
Backed by Fitness Expertise
The workouts aren’t just good for your mental health—they’re also grounded in world-class physical training principles. Every exercise was developed in collaboration with a global fitness consultant, so you can trust that what you’re doing is both safe and effective for your body.
Progress, Not Perfection
This program is not about “nailing every move,” hitting every rep, or chasing perfection. It’s about showing up, trying your best, and staying consistent. Mental wellness is built through small, steady actions, and each time you complete a workout, you’re strengthening not only your body but also your resilience and emotional well-being.
Every step counts. Every workout matters. And every effort you put in brings you closer to feeling stronger— in mind and body.
